Cabot Villa Can Borras

Big, nice beds, good pool

Some toilets not fully clean. Poorly equipped kitchen (utensils etc.)

Amazing that this villa was part of the Cabot complex as it meant we could use the other pools and facilities available Handy there was a laundrette with dryer next door as we had lots of kids with us There were 2 living areas plus the bbq outside Loved all the space inside and outside The property was less than 10 min walk to the beach and about 5 mins to the Cabot hotel complex where we were able to book massages and use the spa plus hire tennis courts The small chicken bar with play park right next door was great for eating

Kitchen could have done with a few extra things like a bread knife, a large chopping board, cafetière but overall it was v well equipped and had plenty of plates,etc Mattresses were a bit soft for sleeping on There were mozzies in the evening and we did get bitten so I’d recommend bug spray or avoid sitting out in the evening by the pool

The property is well equipped, clean and so so big. We got in there and they had left the air con on so we’d walk into a nice cool house. Super thoughtful.

The villa was in a good location only a short walk to the beach. The apartments Cabot Las Velas next door where we collected the keys were really good and helpful, we also used the facilities there which were really nice and the staff were very helpful.

The Villa is quite dated and could do with some renovation. On arrival it smelt very damp and musty. The pool could have been cleaner.

the Villa was very big and nicely laid out. perfect if you are staying there as 2 families as you have your own space. good location too, apart from the fact it was right by the road and could do with a taller fence so you can’t be seen in the pool/garden.

the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped with utensils. some of the lights didn’t work including in our bedroom and bathroom. the edging around the swimming pool was very rough and cut my sons toes and fingers, even wearing socks it completely ripped his socks and made his feet extremely sore. we also didn’t have a cleaner come in at all during the whole week and no fresh towels. the pool wasn’t cleaned either during our stay which was disappointing. we didn’t even have a net to try and clean the pool ourselves. a bit more attention to detail is definitely needed.
