Clean and comfortable.

No hot springs, no hot water, very rough road.

Sehr sauber, sehr ruhig, sehr leckeres Frühstück und tolles Essen. Sehr ruhig, gut zum ausspannen. Die Cabina war extrem toll.

Sehr abgelegen und nur sehr schwer zu erreichen. 4 x 4 sehr empfehlenswert. Lange Schotterpiste mit vielen und großen Schlaglöchern.

La Cabanas et le personnel très serviable. Un endroit retiré et très tranquille.

Très loin du Parc Roncon de la Vieja. Minimum 1h45 de route dont 40 km non asphalté, sinueux et avec de nombreux nids de poule. Nous avons cancellé la visite du Parc pour ces raisons.

Superbe établissement dans un endroit vraiment reculé du Costa Rica. Point Ultra important : louer un 4x4 pour y aller car le route est compliqué pendant plus de 45 minutes. L’établissement est un vrai petit coin de paradis où vous pourrez manger matin, midi et soir pour un prix très raisonnable. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Il y a plusieurs activités à faire autour !

Het zwembad!!! Absoluut het mooiste zwembad welke wij in CR gehad hebben. Maar ook de cabana was top! Prachtig uitzicht over de tuin en heel schoon. De host spreekt iets minder goed Engels maar we kwamen er altijd uit en ze deed alles om het ons naar de zin te maken! Echt een aanrader dit verblijf. Oh ja, drink de locale cocktail: passievrucht met peper!

De weg er naar toe is avontuurlijk (maar heel goed te doen!). De cabanas liggen wel in de middle of nowhere maar dat maakt het ook weer uniek. Weinig tot geen toeristen in de directe omgeving wat ook weer heerlijk is.

Nous avons adoré notre chambre qui était immense ! nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la piscine! tout était très calme ! Nous nous sommes baladés à pied aux alentours et nous avons adoré l'endroit! Le petit dej était très bon! Parfait rien à redire !

We loved everything about this place. The cabins are beautiful, amazing craftsmanship. The surrounding area and pool are lovely as well. The food is delicious and the staff are very nice. They offered to book us a guide to take us to a near by waterfall which was amazing. I wish we had known that they provide that service sooner as the price was better than what we found in town.

You might want to bring some spare AA batteries. There is an electric light on the veranda and one on the patio. We could have used an additional light for playing cards at the table on the patio. There is a lantern but it needed new batteries and they didn't have any.
