Villa L'Oiseau Bleu

The location is stunning - walk from the back garden onto the golf course, over the the sand dunes and onto the beach. The villa complex is guarded at the entrance so it is a very safe area. The villa is perfect with a great pool and gardens. Plenty of places to enjoy the good weather. The pool is cleaned each day so is always spotless. Inside the villa the facilities are top rate. Kitchen has all the equipment you need - and all working perfectly. The 4 bedrooms are all ensuite - while we only used the master a group of 8 could comfortably stay with space inside and out

There is nothing to dislike

The location is a amazing. We loved the view and the privacy.

The main bathroom in the hall had some sort of a leak that caused a bad smell. We had to call Nadia to come clean it during our stay.

The villa is fantastic. Clean and has everything that you need from Nespresso maker to dishwasher and washing machine. We opted for breakfast from Nadia and it was excellent, in fact the bread was great for lunch too. She quietly lets herself in in the morning and you get up to a lovely breakfast and the kitchen is left immaculate - what a treat. Easy access to Essaouira which is 5 euro for a taxi but the max they take is 3 people. You can order a driver who can take larger groups so we used the same company all the time. Security at the gate of the community was reassuring but the area is very smart anyway with a large hotel a short drive along the golf course.

Beautiful setting and villa. Nadia and her lady were amazing

I think our villa Les Alizes next door to L’Oiseau Bleu was more tired. We visited next door for drinks and it was an updated version of our villa. When I booked I booked for LOiseau Bleu but only found out a few days before that I was in the other villa, which I had no idea even existed. I was anxious as 8 of us going to find out it was not the villa I had booked. When we arrived it is beautiful but worn/tired. The sun beds need replacing - the wood is rotten. Also have stayed in many high quality villas/hotels and I think it’s a nice touch when bathroom has basic shampoo/conditioner and body cream supplied. I am a little annoyed this was not the villa I booked through Booking.com so be careful when booking and make sure you get what you expected.
