Property Notes

Please note that there are no meals included and the rate includes a mandatory housekeeper for cleaning and cooking according to the Moroccan dishes menu available at the villa from 7.30 until 21:00. Sheets and towels are changed at each new arrival and every three days. Local authorities regulations concerning the stay of Moroccan citizens in touristic establishments should be respected. Payment before arrival either via PayPal, bank transfer, or western union is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. For additional 20 euros per day and under a prior request of 3 days upon arrival, guests can enjoy heated pool. Guests can access the entire Villa except the cleaning rooms. The pool can be heated at an extra charge and upon prior request of minimum 5 days in advance. Keeping in mind that this option must be for the length of your booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

"A beautiful villa with a private pool!"

A good size villa with a private pool ideal for groups or family. Were stayed here for a week while on a golf trip in Marrakech. Aisha the house keeper was very hospitable and made some delicious Moroccan meals for us.

We really enjoyed the villa, spacious, different areas to have your own space - 6 adults and 5 kids - ideal layout for the family, swimming pool clean and private. Great to have helper Aisha was helpful to cook tasty meals, clean house, laundry. local shop at the end of the complex for basic needs but nearest shopping mall for proper groceries need taxis about 150MAD each way. We were given a reliable taxi company by the host. Really enjoyed ourselves in Marrakesh, we've recommended the villa to others.

A/C downstairs was a bit funny midweek. Definitely need to factor in taxis or means of transport to get around.

Great pool. Cleaned. The woman at the house very caring of the cleaning, the towels, bed sheets. Really a nice experience.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working properly. They fixed it by putting a different machine but it was too noisy. We were a bit hot in the room. But doable.
