Marino, was at the villa as we pulled up. We received a warm welcome and he helped us with the luggage into the villa. Marino, gave us a tour of the villa and helped us get settled in. He offered us drinks and made sure everything was fine before he left us to unwind and relax. As he lives next door to the villa, he is always at hand. The 3 villas in the private compound are beautiful, and very well maintained. The garden is just impeccable and surounded by lots of lovely green vegetation (very tropical 🌴🌴). The cleaning ladies do a wonderful job of keeping the place neat and tidy, and are just awesome. Thank you Marino for being awesome... you really are a star! 🤗

Very thoughtfully and tastefully built villas. Impeccably clean and hygienic. Large rooms, beautiful landscaping, green vegetation, lovely sit-out area. Everything is provided for. Efficient housekeeping team. Wonderful host, very cheerful and very helpful. Thank you Marino for everything 🙏

The very comfortable living environment, my family and I are very happy. The children have a very warm experience here.

We stayed at Preety Blue Residence from June 27 to 30, 2025, and it truly felt like a slice of tropical paradise. The property consists of three beautiful villas set in a lush garden full of palms, tropical plants and nice pool. Our villa was spacious and well-designed, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area with kitchen and laundry, all opening up to the garden through large sliding glass doors. Above all, I want to express our sincere gratitude to our host, Mario. He was always available, kind, and incredibly helpful — and also a warm and pleasant person to talk to.

We stayed for 4 nights in this blue paradise hosted by the super and amazing host Marino. First of all 3 cheers for our host who is 24X7 available for even the slightest of problems if you face one. Marino takes hosting to another level and hospitality industry should take some lessons. Secondly, the property itself is a dream destination. it has 3 villas out of which we were renting one, however, the other 2 were empty and practically we had the whole property to ourselves. you have good sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on upper deck, while you have a very large living room, kitchen and a washing room with a toilet in the lower floor. Very large sized villa with beautiful decorations and premium fixtures gives a luxurious feel. The two decks are connected though a staircase inside the villa. All aspects very thoughtfully and beautifully taken care of, be it security with grills, lots of storage space, comfortable and relaxing sofa set, lavish dining space and open kitchen giving the feel of a 5 star property yet with the comfort of your home. Lots of utensils and kitchen stuff if somebody wants to cook. Finally, the blue oasis inside the garden with salt water which is so nice. Though we did not use due to weather, but a great addition to an already beautiful property. Location is pretty good with Super U and few malls nearby. Beaches such as the Grand Baie beach, Mont Choissy beach and the la Cuvette spot (guided by Marino) nearby. Would suggest to rent a car for easy mobility. All in all a great property which we would want to visit again and again. Grazie Marino.

Marino was an extremely helpful and friendly host. He could not do enough for us to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

It's a shame about the roads in the immediate vicinity, but easy to get accustomed to.

Marino is the super host and the property is modern, yet homely. The pool area felt like an Oasis…. Very beautiful and at the same time very comfortable and relaxing. Everything was very very clean. We are a family of 4 (parents and 2 kids). We had an amazing time. I would definitely come back and stay again. The beach, restaurants and the super market are just a few mins away. The pictures speak louder than words. Highly recommended!
