Preety Blue Residence villas

I have never had the pleasure of enjoying such a wonderful vacation as I did during my stay at this villa. The location is perfect – peace and quiet, yet only about a 10-minute walk to the center of Grand Baie and all the attractions, including the main beaches. The villa grounds are beautifully arranged, with a lovely garden, plenty of greenery, birds, and the sounds of nature. The pool and the intimate, atmospheric setting were incredibly relaxing and helped us unwind completely. The villa itself is spacious and can comfortably accommodate two families. It has everything you need for a perfect holiday. If you want to cook, you’ll find all the necessary equipment. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the host. We travel a lot around the world, and we've never met such a kind, caring, and pleasant person before. From the moment we arrived and met him, we felt completely taken care of. Marino organized everything we needed and made sure we had a memorable stay. He truly made this experience one we will remember for a long time.

The owner was very friendly, always around and went out of his way to make everything perfect. He is the best host, 👌 he built a beautiful place just in a wrong location. It was clean as well.

The location was not the best, hopefully they will develop the place at some point. The villa is placed in a poor location. Gravel and dodge looking place, we actually thought we were lost on arrival. We wanted to go find a new accommodation. If you are used to a suburban area it's not for you. I've lived in a suburban area all my life so I'm not used to such.

There was good A/C in the bedrooms but no A/C downstairs

Better than expected accomodation totally enhanced our holiday Liked · The property has three spacious self contained villas on site. We stayed in No.1 It was modern, spacious and had everything you may need on holiday. Please note the photographs don’t do the villa(s) justice. Everything was spotlessly clean, towels changed daily, bed sheets every two days… The location is just off the main drag of Grand Baie and easy access to explore the island either by car or by bus. The owners / hosts Marino and Preety (yes, that’s where the name comes from!) were excellent; professional but friendly and very very helpful and easily contactable. We love Mauritius and this was our third time there - but this accomodation totally enhanced our overall holiday experience. I’m glad we chose this villa and quite simply will be happy to come back and stay here again with other members of my family and or friends knowing they would not be dissapointed.

We’ve tried to think of something to not like - but we can’t think of anything! Hard to believe probably but Marino and Preety have just about got everything spot on.

Everything was perfect. Modern spacious and well equipped villa. Marino was very friendly and helpful and he was there for anything we needed.

The villas are situated in a lovely shady garden with salt water swimming pool. Inside extremely well appointed, all you could need is provided. Cleaned daily and well looked after. Rooms and beds comfortable and large en suite bathrooms with great showers. We were extremely happy with our two weeks at Preety Blue.

We had the most amazing stay at Preety Blue Residence. Special kudos to Marino who was super helpful with any request and always made sure that everything was OK. The housekeeping team kept the place spotless through out our stay. The villa itself was very beautiful and modern with all the amenities that you could think off and is also situated a short walk from the main street of Grand Baie. We would definitely come back again!
