"Beautiful house"

Great location and beautiful house. Beds were comfy and rooms large!

There's construction behind the house which started around 7 am, and the street noise was very loud. Probably not a big deal to people who are used to city living but was very disruptive to us as we aren't used to the noise. Otherwise a great place. Others have noted no AC in bedrooms but the fans helped with cooling down the rooms and helped with white noise.

"Christchurch weekend."

It had everything we needed. Very clean, Plenty of space. Easy access to city. Within walking distance of botanic gardens and Tramway. Could have walked to. City centre if we had wanted to.

Over 3 floors so lots of stairs.

"Great location, good facilities, just get locks for your toilet please!"

In a perfect location, walking distance to the Botanic Gardens. We even saw the New Year’s Eve fireworks right from balcony!

There are no locks for the toilets. This is a huge inconvenience when living with multiple families like us. Everyone was nervous to shower.
