Great sized house and location for us when going to events in Christchurch

Great place. Ros was very . All the facilities were above our expectation.

Nothing I could think of.

Comfortable beds, great water pressure in showers, great location close to central city

Upkeep of place is substandard, large burner not working with signage stating it is broken, tv in second living broken with sign, no tv in master but hardware on wall, no light curtains so everything has to be closed so you can’t look out (blinds or curtains) or wide open so people can see in, curtains frayed, blinds stained and some chains broken, table chairs all stained since covered with material not good for rental, tray in oven was used and not cleaned by prior guests, refrigerator needed a good clean, door to garage from house is broken and can’t be closed even - makes house very insecure, house should have an intercom from front gate or at least a bell, no peep hole in front door, carpets look like they could use a good shampoo, fridge not working in studio downstairs and that studio door can’t be locked which makes no sense, all bedrooms should be able to be locked.

Great location, walkable into the city. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen.
