The size of the property meant there was plenty of space for us and our guests to enjoy. The multiple rooms to utilize as well as different outdoor spaces, the vast grounds and the bush walks were all great. Everyone loved the character of the home added to by the furnishings and artefacts that reflect the era of the home. Always something new to see.

The choice of rooms was fabulous. Great way to spend time with extended family together in one spot. Love the grounds and interior. Barbecue area and fire was a lovely way to spend the evenings. Would totally recommend for large group- especially a bridal party getting ready for a wedding.

Lovely outside area to have a BBQ and a few drinks. Great garden to explore and bird watch from. Huge main bedroom area with beautiful views over Wellington.

The main bathroom had toiletries, but the other bathroom didn't have them.

the house was amazing a great place to relax and enjoy the sound of nature

upon arrival the down stairs flood was flooded by front door and side door.
