Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to shopping facilities and central to activities. Hamilton gardens are also nice to visit. Staff were amazing and friendly. I wish them both well for their future endeavours.

I have nothing bad to say on this property.

"Lovely quiet suburban home and setting."

Lovely property in a suburban neighborhood, quiet, clean, comfortable and equipped with all we needed for our stay. The owners met us upon arrival and were very friendly.

I did not realize that the distance to restaurants and cafes. I did not do my research. We did not buy groceries as this was our last two days in New Zealand. Not a problem with the property per se but was inconvenient for us.

Cyril was wonderful and came over to greet us and even had some local produce and milk to stock the fridge. The gardens were beautiful! And very easy access to main roads, so it was a great location for day trips, plus close to a grocery store to stock up on food for meals.

No A/C but there was a fan so that helped

We had an absolutely wonderful 3-night stay at Cabourne Cottage. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and we received such a warm and enthusiastic welcome from the hosts. The house is exceptionally well-equipped with everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. A highlight for us was the stunning yard—it’s clear the host is a very talented and experienced gardener. We truly admired the beautiful plants and the peaceful atmosphere. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hamilton!
