Toka Ridge

Spacious cottage with gorgeous gardens. Beautiful spa area. Well equipped kitchen.

The level of cleaning was poor. It appeared clean, but upon arrival there was a layer of dust/dirt that was present on all the kitchen surfaces. Outdoor white chairs has bird excrement and dirt which needed to be cleaned before sitting. The cottage was very hot upon our arrival. Would have liked the air conditioning turned on as there is a good bit of solar gain.

Lovely comfortable property with beautiful grounds.

Minor comment but privacy curtains or blinds in the bedrooms would be good rather than having to pull the block out curtains across.

Accomodation was set on beautifully landscaped grounds. We enjoyed how peaceful the location was, and its proximity into Rotorua. (10min drive) The space was perfectly appointed and tastefully decorated. Kids loved the spa, and the resident wild rabbits on the property. Communication was easy, from arrival to departure via email.

Nothing. We had the best time and would stay again.

The place looks just as beautiful as the photos. The scenery is stunning, with lovely views from the house, and the whole space feels very open and spacious. We had a very comfortable stay and truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommended
