I liked everything in this villa. Specifically, the guidebook and the blackboard display the information. The best thing was the customer service. They answer in seconds. Very friendly.

Amazing! Everything was so perfect. Wished we stayed a night more

Food in rotorua was quite bad. Also wished they had a bit if grace period for family with kids for check out but otherwise fantastic!

Beautiful surroundings and nice outdoor spaces

I wish there was better lighting over the dining table and more floor lamps. The lighting was quite poor in the evenings besides the overhead lighting in select locations of the house.
