Toka Ridge

Perfect for 2 families with kids. The family of bunny rabbits that visited us every morning was a big hit. Amazing view and close enough to Rotorua to go shopping.

Beautifully appointed house. Top quality bedding, designer furniture and well equipped with appliances, crockery, glasses and utensils.

It was hot in the bedrooms if doors were closed off to the main living area where the 2 aircon units were operating. Ceiling fans or portable fans in the bedrooms (there was only 1 in the main with a very short lead) would have made our sleeping more comfortable. We had an issue with the dryer and it took staff 2 days to rectify the issue as we had trouble contacting them via message or phone unfortunately.

The property was exceptional with respect to size, decor and fit out. It was extremely well equiped. Everything was thought about even down to providing the coffee pods. This is a great luxury holiday home for 3 to 4 couples. Loved the spa too.

This place is something special. Very modern Design and the kitchen is equiped with everything you need. The location is also really good with private beach access.

Nothing to complain!

The toilet door was a little busted, so we couldn’t close/ lock it fully. Wasn’t a huge issue though and we still loved the place. Just mentioning here as the only thing that could be potentially improved
