Secret Villa - Unique Experience

This property is absolutely stunning and one of the best stays I’ve ever had in Siargao. The location is perfect, secluded enough to feel private and exclusive, yet just minutes away from all the action in General Luna. The views are breathtaking, with endless rice fields stretching out in front of the pool, making every moment feel calm and magical. The villa itself feels luxurious and thoughtfully designed, with every detail making the stay truly special. It has that, exclusive hideaway, vibe while still being so convenient. Our host was outstanding, attentive, always available, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. From local recommendations to making sure every detail of our stay was seamless, the hospitality made a huge difference. If you’re looking for a unique Siargao experience with luxury, comfort, and incredible views, this place is a dream. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

Secret villa is a gorgeous place with spacious rooms and private pool. Alberto and his wife were the perfect hosts very helpful in anything with food delivery and massage service. Thank you for making our stay relaxing and unforgettable!

Space and Privacy.

The carabao (water buffalo) who was constantly making noise. We were told she had children and looking for them.

Nuestra estancia en Secret Villa no ha podido ser mejor. La casa es espectacular. La piscina con vistas a los arrozales proporciona unos atardeceres preciosos. La ducha al aire libre de una de las habitaciones le da un toque isleño muy bonito. Las camas son cómodas y cuentan con mosquitera. El WiFi es totalmente funcional si necesitas trabajar unos días. En general, todo perfecto. Destacar la amabilidad y atención de Alberto, el anfitrión, que nos ayudó y asesoró sobre actividades, restaurantes y alquiler de moto.

The Secret Villa is extremely unique and exactly what I was looking for. It's definitely off the beaten path, but close enough to downtown General Luna (5 min) and Cloud 9 (10 or so minutes). Adel the property manager and her staff were very accommodating and coordinated massages, tours, sightseeing recommendations for us.

Power went out for a few hours, but we just went to the beach and it was back on when we returned.

All the problems encountered with the villa: 1. On booking.com they mentioned they would offer free transfer from airport. Once we got in touch with them they said it was not true and they magically removed it from the features on booking even tho we had already booked it because of this 2. When we arrived the door of the villa was already open, it tells you a lot about security 3. If it’s raining the road to get to the villa becomes a hell and very dangerous. 4. Cleanliness was pretty bad. The cleaning lady comes and smokes cigarettes while cleaning, even inside the bedrooms 5. The condition of the wood next to the pool was pretty bad, also because of the heavy rain. A piece of wood, that had been clearly in bad condition for a long time broke (many other will break soon). The owner tried to send us a ridiculous repair invoice 6. They refuse to provide invoice for accommodation and just keep on sending the invoice for the broken piece of wood.

Alberto and his team have been such a great host, helping on all kind of queries from 1 st day to end. The villa is just amazing and spotless, the housekeeping team has been amazing too. You really come as a guest and leave as family, it was just one of the best villa i have ever rented and knowing how how siargao city can be challenging, i am so greatful to have choosen secret villa and we will definitely comeback soon.

Concept is good, design of house is also good. Beds and linen were fine and comfortable. View is nice across a paddy field. Pool is good

Access is terrible, on a 170m narrow path around a paddy field which when raining is almost impassable without walking through deep puddles and mud. Difficult to bring your luggage and supplies. We had numerous roof leaks and the rain on the polished concrete floor made it dangerous to walk safely. Kitchen utensils are sparce; we had to ask for a kettle. You need an umbrella sit on one of the toilets if it is raining. More fans needed in lounge area. Owners should live in the property for a few days to discover what is needed.

Amaaazing host, increeeedible villa with no one around and stunning views. One of the best (if not THE best) stay I have had in my life. Excellent location too! Would 10000% recommend, thanks for eve try thing Alberto!!
