Please note that the property does not issue invoices. Second floor of the building will be available only if reserving for more than 6 guests. In case of bookings for fewer than 6 guests, they will have access only to the rooms they stay in and the common areas. Other rooms might be inaccessible. The swimming pool is open in the summer season from 20.06.2023 to 20.09.2023, depending on the weather.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
