Casa veramente bella e vivibile, grande e moderna con spazi adatti ad accogliere 7/8 persone. Posizione ottima per girare l’isola. Presente terrazzo, lavanderia e garage.

Peccato non aver trovato nulla per la pulizia essenziale della casa (spugne, detersivi, aspirapolvere, sacchetti della spazzatura). Mancavano anche alcuni utensili della cucina (cavatappi) e piatti e pentole erano limitati. Per una casa così grande e situata su un’isola raggiungibile solo in aereo trovare alcune cose basilari sarebbe fondamentale.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut! Ein oder zwei Mietautos sind ein muss und die Parkplätze sehr praktisch. Man erreicht in kurzer Zeit alles. Es ist genügend Platz für eine Gruppe. Wir haben das Beste aus unserem Aufenthalt gemacht mit vielen Ausflügen. Für einen Tagesaufenthalt dort, ist das Haus unserer Meinung nach nicht geeignet. Die Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine waren sehr praktisch.

Wir hatten leider ein Problem mit Kakerlaken. Das hat uns hygienisch sehr beeinträchtigt. Es gab mehrere lebende, als auch tote davon. Das Problem haben wir auch rückgemeldet. Es wäre hilfreich einen Staubsauger vor Ort zu haben (nach diesem haben wir auch gefragt). Bei 8 Leuten fällt innerhalb der Woche recht viel Dreck an, es wäre schön die grundsätzliche Möglichkeit zu haben, nach eigenem Empfinden reinigen zu können. Des Weiteren war es in unserer Woche sehr warm und es gab keine Klimaanlage, das hat uns vor eine Herausforderung gestellt besonders durch die Insektensituation bezüglich des Lüftens. Wir haben auf Nachfrage 2 Ventilatoren erhalten wovon einer kaputt war. Dort leben mehrere Hunde, die Tag und Nacht bellen (ein Tip von uns: Ohrstöpsel sind super!). Es wäre optimal für eine Gruppe von 8 Leuten mehr Teller und Besteck zur Verfügung zu stellen, sowie Küchentücher und Gewürze, Backpapier etc..

Phenomenal location of the facility. On the sidelines with a wonderful view of the ocean, but still well-connected facility. The facility is very spacious, which makes it comfortable. The area is relatively quiet and peaceful, although it probably depends on what kind of neighbors you happen to have.

For such a large apartment, the kitchen is quite "sparsely" equipped, although all the basic appliances are available. Be careful on the driveway, the locals like to park just behind the bend :(

This villa with a beautiful sea view lacked the basics such as hot water in both bathrooms when showering at the same time, dish washing soap, hand soap, trash bags. The check-in process was scarry: the manager was ready to leave our two families on the street because we claimed that we paid for the superior villa and he had only basic one available. This was my worse booking.com experience ever

Very clean,nothing to say about

No soap in bathroom,no air conditioning,no soap at kitchen, no water to drink in freeze,the only accomodation where I paid the incoming taxes extra, the interior has no warm feeling just made up to make photos, fake books on forniture, nothing to be used and useful, neither salt or whatelse. Costy. In booking.com are reported fake photos. Stop
