The facilities are great! Nice, spacious rooms and a huge living room. Beds were comfortable, shower was warm and nice, and the kitchen was comfortable to cook in. It was also cool to have 2 parking spots inside the venue. The venue was really clean when we got it, and they even cleaned again after a couple of days.

No consumables were supplied (not even dishwasher tablets or hand soap, at least they could have left the stuff the previous guests did not finish). Wifi reception was limited to the living room.

Great and spacious villas. We had everything we needed.

The villa itself has a convenient location but only if you have a car and only if you know how to reach the place in advance.

This villa itself looks nice and the pictures on booking.com are adequate. However, it might be tricky to locate the place and it happened that the owner's attitude was rude and unprofessional. I believe it is important to share the story so you, a future client, are fully aware of the consequences if you do not agree with the owner on something. In my case, it was an argument about how many minutes it takes to reach the villa from a cafeteria on the main road. Our flight was delayed and during a call, I said that I wasn't sure when we could reach the place. Once we reached the villa, the owner was pissed that he had to "interrupt his dinner" and then he said that he did not like the way I spoke to him. He ordered our group to leave the premises and he did not care that it was 10 pm and the villa was fully paid for in advance. The owner might be a nice person and a carrying husband & father but I did not have a chance to testify that simply because the only thing I could observe was the behavior of a pissed boy. I replied nothing when he attempted to kick 5 persons out and one of my friends started begging him to change his mind. It was something surreal and I have never experienced anything similar during vising 93 counties in the past 17 years. To be fair, the man came the next morning and apologized for his behavior. I appreciated that and that was the main reason I did not attempt to cancel our contract via booking.com and ask for compensation. Some minor things to consider: • There is no wifi internet on the second or third floors • There is a shortage of electrical sockets throughout the property. In my room I had none available and I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. • Management does not provide shampoo or soap • Full ocean view is only possible from the second floor and only from one side of the villa • There might be issues with gas/hot water pressure.
