Très belle maison, très belle endroit

Petit bémol, grande maison avec de grand espace à vivre malheureusement nous avons dû réparer la climatisation de la chambre du bas car les évacuations sont en contre pente donc toute l’eau coule sur le lit matelas trempé, et dernier bémol aucune chaise disponible pour manger à l’extérieur seulement deux tables sans assises!

"Amazing spacious villa"

This villa was ideal for our family. 4 adults, 4 kids, so much space for everyone. Pool was amazing and cleaned regularly. Close to local shops, restaurant , beach . About 10 min drive to Albufeira old town. Owner was only a message away with any questions.

Would recommend hiring a car , for shopping and driving around especially with kids. Only recommendation I'd have for the house is more outside furniture tables and chairs and a few ant traps around the house.

"we would like get our money back"

nothing at all

From the inside, the house is a disaster. wet walls, broken doors, and broken glass doors fixed with tape. high moisture level in the house. nesty bathroom furniture, wet windows, can not close bedroom or bathroom doors. Items like a waterboiler were useless because of not sure of the dry substances inside the waterboiler. Not enough toilet paper, bad, smelly bedding. asking us to remove the garbage and try to find a trash container. paying so much money and still needing to take care of the trash.Two coffee machines but no coffee at all. which is standard these days. had to go to the nearest hospital to find out I got bronchitis after so much moisture.

"Really good facilities, excellent pool but remote from supermarkets & shops"

The space and rooms were excellent and the pool was exceptional. The security was very comforting also with the alarm and gates. The whole family had lots of room to spread out and relax, We would definitely return.

We did need parasols to protect from the sun. In fairness it was offered but as it was halfway through our stay we didn't bother. The location of the villa is far from supermarkets and we had to get taxis to get supplies.
