"Lovely Location For Summer Holiday"

Spacious apartment with good views of the sea and lovely flowers and plants around the propertry. Lots of sitting out furniture for outdoor dining in the summer. Very friendly hostess who provided a welcome pack of wine, eggs and snacks which was much appreciated

We knew that booking in February would be risky in Madeira as the weather can be wet and cold then, particularly up on the hillside, away from the coast, as this property is. However, what we had not realised is that the houses have no heating system, that guests can use in the evening, as the rest of the year is so warm and sunny and it is not felt necessary to do any more than wear more clothes and use blankets.

Amazing spacious house with beautiful views! A lot of space and all the equipment that you may need. Highly recommended!! Amazing host, so nice and welcoming!

Because the house is so big and the weather was not the best, it was a bit chilly inside so bring an extra sweter or jumper with you :)

Big and roomy with lots of balconies to a great view. very very clean ! The owner was very welcoming and leave us a nice bottle of wine with a special tasty traditional cake.

The house is located on a very steep mountain, which is not easy to drive to, especially at night. the narrow hill road to the house itself and parking is only for professional Madeira drivers. I had to left the car at a road down the house about 30 meter away. It wasn't easy to find the house with google maps, and the owner could not help much because i do not speak Portuguese.
