D09 - Porto de Mos Luxury Villa

Localização tranquila e não muito longe da praia. A piscina privada também nos agradou muito

Falta de manutenção geral da casa, paredes com humidade, casa de banho de serviço não funcionava o autoclismo, camas e almofadas a precisar de serem substituídas.

La ubicación y la amplitud de la casa.

Muy deteriorada, llena de bichos y suciedad. Toda la semana ha estado un pintor dentro del recinto de la casa sin previo aviso, que se quedaba dentro cuando nos íbamos (impresionante).

The accommodation is fantastic, very comfortable and has practically everything you need. The location is pleasant and quiet.

Check in until 4pm and check out at 10am is a negative point!!

Read all the reviews for the company and the exact property first! There are lots of fake reviews. Our stay worked fine for family of 4, but a full house told have had problems. Nice quiet neighborhood location near a beach and quick drive into town Large house with nice pool Outdoor shower to rinse sand (cold water only) Plenty of pillows and blankets AC in bedrooms (not the whole house) 2/3 bedrooms were nice and comfortable Required to sign contract upon check in - no parties & damage liability stuff. Nothing unexpected

Read all reviews first - there are a lot of fake reviews for this business. We did not see them all before booking. Look up the company reviews too! Water damage in the house and moldy bathrooms and one room smelled moldy too. Luckily we didn't need to use that extra room -it also had a horrible mattress Didn't try using the shower in the bathroom that had water damage. Kitchen supplies limited - only pod coffee machine. No wine glasses. Watered down dish soap. No dishwasher. No separate pool/bath towels. 'required' cash deposit at check in per instructions (luckily they did not ask for it) Check in is only within small time window and they charge extra if you cannot make it in that time. Rusty drying rack would stain clothes - we just used the pool chairs Broken umbrella - no shade around the pool

Large and spacious house, smallish pool but sufficient, quiet and plenty of parking in the street. Small supermarket about 10mins walk.

Had to jump the wall on arrival as key didn't open the gate. No power in half the house either. But they fixed these issues the next day once we informed them, so no big deal.

Front gate was broke No hot water No plug sockets worked upstairs Hob didn’t work Must of been left all winter without any maintenance and they didn’t bother to check anything before we arrived.

Big comfortable well laid out house walkable to beach and old town. Let down by poor maintenance/ management.

Poorly maintained, no cleaning products, minimal kitchen equipment (only 1 wine glass!), broken sweeping brush, unswept plaster falling from walls, no dishwasher, just a dishwasher shaped hole in kitchen units, no plug for bath, vehicle gate unusable, clothes airer rusty and stained clothes, bathroom smelled
