Villas T3 com Jardim Vila Sagres

Location, size, cleanliness, garden, host were all fantastic. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for your stay to cook and clean. Everything was very easy

The villa needs a bit of a renovation. Upstairs bathroom especially. The shower did not work very well. The kitchen as well needs some love. The bbq is not usable

Sadly the owner of the property has an inadequate booking system resulting my family and I suffering the consequences. We booked a 3 bed (T3) villa with a garden and what looked like according to the pictures a large front room. However, upon arrival we were met and introduced to a 2 bed apartment. The shower in the master bedroom had varying pressure and the sofas (which converted into beds) were of questionable quality.

The owner, nor the person who handed the keys over bothered to inform us beforehand of the mix up. I had to ring the property owner before they conceded any error and was offered €44.5 refund. I paid €500 (€250 per night) for two nights and the offer of less than 10% was insulting to say the least, when equivalent T2’s were available for on average €180 p/n at the time of booking. booking.com should immediately sever ties with this owner to prevent further families and holiday goers from this type of treatment

Large living room and a small garden as well as good air conditioning. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.

The house is not used privately by the owner and it shows. Knifes were only good for butchering tomatoes, there was only a very limited supply of kitchen supplies (spices, oil, etc.) that every tourist would appreciate to have and replace when finished.

The place in it self is nice and spacious, but its in a very degraded state. The person managing the property was very responsive and tried her best to assist us, but could not solve all the issues with the house

We had to clean the fridge when we arrived, it was dirty. The hoven didnt work, microwave (a new microwave was provided) as well and the dishwasher broke down 2 days in of our stay, and it was not replaced while we were there. Several lights in the house were not working... It was frustrating... not worth the price given all the problems we faced during our stay.

The furniture was second rate and beds were very uncomfortable. There were leaks and the kitchen was not well stocked. We could have used beach towels and more attention in general. nice host and response time.
