It was a very well done up old house and everything in it was just so perfect for that era. You actually got the whole vibe of the house back in the day so beautifully restored.

a great place to stay, history of the house was great, lovely shower, comfortable beds, a great nights sleep. Would consider staying agin.

location of keys was not obvious, you come up to the house with the number on the door, then have to walk around the house until you find the door with the lock box and key.

We knew that it would be furnished with antique furniture pieces, we just weren't expecting the standard and quantity it was furnished with. I've stayed in many hotels and B&Bs it's one I'm going to remember.

Absolutely beautiful house! Felt like we were staying in a museum. Well equipped kitchen and fantastic shower. If you want to stay somewhere to appreciate the NZ history this is the place!
