Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel Platz und ist für 10 Personen absolut ausreichend. Sie entspricht den Fotos, die Lage ist hervorragend und der Ausblick ist wirklich traumhaft. Auch der Pool war ein großes Plus und hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts einige technische Probleme. Von den vier vorhandenen Duschen war nur eine wirklich nutzbar, da die anderen drei aufgrund des sehr geringen Wasserdrucks kaum funktionierten. Wir haben den Anbieter darüber informiert und es wurde angekündigt, dass jemand vorbeikommen würde, allerdings ist während unseres Aufenthalts niemand erschienen. Schließlich konnten wir das Problem teilweise selbst verbessern, indem wir einen bereits vor unserer Ankunft laufenden Wasserschlauch abgestellt haben. Vollständig behoben wurde das Problem dadurch jedoch nicht. Zusätzlich haben weder der Geschirrspüler noch der Ofen funktioniert. Auch diese Mängel haben wir gemeldet, leider wurde während unseres Aufenthalts keine Lösung gefunden. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft großes Potenzial und überzeugt durch Lage, Aussicht und Größe. Angesichts des Preises hätten wir uns jedoch eine schnellere Reaktion und die Behebung der gemeldeten Probleme gewünscht.

I stayed at the hotel for a few days, and overall, it was a great experience. The place was very clean, and we had an amazing view of the sea and rocks. The warm water in the pool was really nice, and although we paid extra for it, it was worth it. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and we had a lovely stay.

However, a few practical things could be improved. It wasn’t walkable, so we had to rent a car, and some essentials like cleaning supplies, salt, pepper, and trash bags were insufficient for our group of eight. After the first couple of days, we had to supply these ourselves. Additionally, there wasn’t enough detailed information online—like the fact that the shower is next to the warm rooftop pool or that there’s an extra bathroom on the very bottom floor. Also, the water pressure in the upstairs shower was quite poor, making it almost unusable. The dishwasher also didn’t clean the dishes properly, so we often had to wash them by hand. A bit more detail like that would have been really helpful

Idealne miejsce dla 10 osób. Spędziliśmy fantastyczny tydzień z przyjaciółmi. Blisko centrum. Korzystaliśmy z Boltow bez najmniejszego problemu i zorganizowanych wycieczek na miejscu.

Es war traumhaft. Diese Lage und der Blick sind einmalig.

The accommodation and facilities. The location was good too.

No provision if the weather was very hot. No air conditioning. There is a lot of foliage in the garden and there could be mosquitoes. Fortunately we didn't have a big problem but some electric mossy traps in the bedrooms would be a good idea.

This is our second stay at this villa, with the first one being four years ago. While some signs of aging and wear are noticeable — and the price has increased significantly — the cleanliness, the stunning terrace view, and the overall comfort of the villa more than make up for it. To put it simply: it’s still a great place to stay!

Beautiful house in a very nice area over looking the ocean. Short walk to local shops, restaurants and beach. Very clean and pool was a great size. Thank you so much for sharing this property on the holidays market. Perfect 10
