We had an apartment with cooking & washing facilities and everything was well stocked. The location was excellent, only metres from the main street and eating facilities were close by. The air-conditioning was really great as it was very warm.

The bed was quite firm and the stairs to the rooftop (which wasn't really a rooftop) were quite narrow. However we were able to hang our washing up to dry outside.

Poor location in terms of parking , accessibility, neighborhoods. No definite directions to get to the property. Loud music played all night long on the nearby streets with a neighbour across the road having dogs caged barking all night long. I would not recommend this location unless you are not driving and not traveling with a family and like quite and peaceful stay. No soaps, shower gel or shampoo provided. Plus you have to pick up the trash when you leave and walk like 400 meters to dump it in a public dumping place, not ideal when you have bags in your hands while traveling. Designed more for solo travelers as an alternative to a hostel

"Tavira - Go There, You'll Love It!"

Excellent location, top bakery very close, quiet at night. All the home comforts were available. Tavira is a stunning little town to explore with lovely restaurants, bars and activities - do the cycling tour. We also met some fascinating people here. We travelled quite extensively around the Algarve and we really loved Tavira.

Parking is an issue. There was quite a bit of building work going on during the day. Can't really open any windows on the ground floor as you're exposed to all of the passers by.

no parking, the laneway next to the home is busy and noisy, upstairs blocked and no access
