A large and comfortable house with everything you need for a longer stay. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very nice pool. Private parking. Great view. The location on a hill makes it a bit cooler than on the coast which is perfect in summer. It’s a very quiet area, still not far from Funchal (30 minutes by car) and a good base for the car trips. Very good communication with the host, who replies quickly. We enjoyed our weekly stay very much.

We had a fantastic stay at Migs place. The house is a lot more spacious than expected. Location was great and was a short walk to the supermarket and cafes. Pool was an added bonus. Super easy instructions for collection of the keys. Would most definitely stay at Migs place again! Thank you Miguel for hosting us ☺️

Space inside and outside. Dishwasher, washing machine, bath (not used) shower. Secure off street parking Swimming pool. Wifi Host responded quickly to a few queries.

We prefer a table and chairs rather than breakfast bar to eat at when inside.

Very spacious apartment, tidy, clean. In the kitchen there are all the necessary utensils. Miguel is easy to work with, always available, very responsive. The apartment is also suitable for larger families and we were very satisfied. I highly recommend.

Quiet place, close to many beautiful trails & places. Enough space, 2 bathrooms help a lot. No complaints.
