Okeanos Villa front line San Blas

Beautiful view of the sea and lovely pool in.

Hard to get a taxi as no one seems to know where it is.

Excellent position with ocean view, spacious home on two levels, well furnished and very well equipped with all amenities, including a jacuzzi in the garden and private parking. Minimum signs of tear, but nothing serious. Efficient and friendly check-in process, and very easy check-out. The house is located in a fully enclosed resort with twin pools. Beach, supermarket, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Ocean views

We got locked in in the master bedroom and it took more than 1,5 hour to get out due to a broken lock. We did not get any assistance or other compensation for this.

Everything better then at the pictures, amazing view, bbq, jacuzzi with hot water, amazing terrace. Underground is safe garage for the car. Amazing community pool which one was literally empty, so we had whole pool for ourselfs. Near by restaurants, beschs, Los Abrigos beside amazing small town with nice fish restaurants (4 mins with a car). Everything was amazing, I recommend. And hopefully we will come back again.

We had small problem with the water one day. We contacted the owner, but he was also not informed about that. So we had no hot water for like 2-3 hours in the evening. And also in big sleeping room there was one shower broken and at bath there was water leaking somewhere. But that didnt ruin our stay and amazing view.

It was a good place to stay with the family. Lots of privacy that we enjoyed. There is a lovely path along the coast that we took numerous times, especially handy with the stroller. There are stores close by, and the planes landing were not a problem at all, we barely noticed them.

The swimming pools are cold, but I guess that is perfect when it is super hot. So we couldn't use it with the baby. The wifi upstairs was not working.

The location for good for walking in and out off both towns near by. And was set in a nice Private complex so felt really safe.

The property itself is tired and in need off some upgrades/maintenance. Kitchen Sink cracked and filled, Tap very stiff, Flooring badly scratched and worn in a few places in lounge area, outside patio cracked tile’s kept tripping up, Hot tub covered badly needs replaced we were told it would be and was in post 3 weeks later never came, patio furniture needs replaced table and chairs badly torn, Mattress Base in main bedroom disgusting, shower door very stiff to open and hinges packed out with cardboard, his her sink needs attention, bathroom grout requires to be re-done missing and dirty looking. Villa in need off paint throughout and a good clean throughout. I feel this Villa is well used and quick turnaround off people, but not much being spent on it in return and is showing on the property which is a shame. Gardener every week not required spend that money inside the property have garden done once a month.

Apart from outside jacuzzi everything was super clean. Jacuzzi and community pools are great. Awesome location, close to everything. Friendly reception after a slight delay. Great value for money. Especially nice for larger families.

If I have to mention something the bed and pillows in master bedroom were not great for us.
