Okeanos Villa front line San Blas

Close to the Tenerife South airport, all necessary shops and nice restaurants are in walking distance. Close to the ocean. The house was clean and very good equipped, everything we needed was there and even more. The garage was also useful. Very friendly and helpful owner.

The water in the pool was quite cold. Loud music in the eveninig and at night from the near hotel was a bit disturbing.

We were traveling with our son and granddaughter. This was the perfect set-up, providing each of us with our own space while having a large living room-dining room for shared time together. The hot tub in that back and lovely outside area was a bonus. The community pool was especially enjoyed by our granddaughter - even if the water temperature was a bit chilly:) We also loved the fact that we could walk to two different villages for dinner and shopping.

We really had no complaints. We did have to take "shorter" showers as re ran out of hot water in the shower the first night (my granddaughter enjoys her shower time). While it did not effect our stay, there is construction going on behind the unit so your view of the ocean is obstructed by the temporary parking lot for the construction workers.

big, clean bright, amazing patio, sea views upstairs and down, hot tub, in a really nice complex with great pool- it’s great!

Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again. Very well-kept apartment and surroundings. The apartment has everything you need, including a bed and a chair for a small child. It is spacious and definitely better than hotels in the area. With private garden(patio) and jacuzzi 10/10 😊

The villa was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Lovely outside space with garden (serviced weekly) and hot tub. Great location, San Blas one side with a 7 day a week supermarket and a very 'English' feel to its restaurants and cafes. Los Abrigos a 20 minute walk the other way along a lovely coastal boardwalk, with a more traditional feel and great seafood restaurants. Nataliia and Lina were very helpful and Nataliia always responded to queries very promptly.

Whilst there was a lot to like the villa felt a little 'tired'. There were marks on the walls, a couple of the taps didn't work well (downstairs toilet and kitchen) and the bathrooms needed some effort such as replacing the mould stained sealant and cleaning mould from grouting. It doesn't need a lot of work, just smartening up a little.
