Red Rock Poolside Retreat

Nice house, nice neighbors. That’s it.

I stayed at this Las Vegas villa with five friends, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of what was promised — and what we paid for. We were told check-in couldn’t happen earlier than 4 PM because the house was being “cleaned and prepared.” Naturally, we expected everything to be in good condition. Instead, we arrived to find the pool in terrible, filthy condition — completely unusable. It was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned at all before our stay, which was incredibly disappointing since the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Inside the house, the refrigerator wasn’t working, and we weren’t given any notice or instructions. We had to figure it out on our own while trying to salvage groceries we had just bought. That added stress we didn’t expect or deserve. What made everything feel even worse was that, despite all the issues we encountered, the owner asked me to take the trash cans out to the curb. We were already dealing with a lack of basic hospitality, and being asked to do chores on top of that felt completely inappropriate. We had high hopes for this trip, but this stay left us feeling let down. The lack of preparation, communication, and professionalism was truly disheartening. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless serious improvements are made.

I would have liked to have had instructions on how to heat up the pool. The water was cold the first night there so we couldn’t swim at night. Once they gave it to us. It was all good

This home is perfect and spacious. Open floor plan, 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bath, all amenities are on-site. The pool with jacuzzi was perfect to beat the heat. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. We will definitely book this beautiful home again. Host was excellent and responds fast when you email. Thank you Red Rock for a wonderful time ❤️👍🌵🌴🥰

Nothing, everything was wonderful.

This place reminded my co-worker of homes in the Middle East. It had no decor, tile floors, and an awkward setup, but it was clean and close to the Marriott, where our conference was held. We liked having a cheap Uber ride there and back.

I can't put my finger on it other than it felt like we were staying in someone's house we didn't know. There is nothing hospitable about this home, but it served its purpose. It would have been nice to have coffee available and paper towels.

The amenities, it’s perfect for family

It was a clean and plenty of fun amenities for fun for the family. The private pool/hot tub was a definite bonus and perfect for catching some swim time during our vacation. The host was friendly and responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend Red Rock Villa and look forward to staying there again.

It's hard to say what I didn't like, as so much of what we did like, out beat any dislikes. The only thing I think would have been nice is a bigger comforter/blanket on the beds. The blanket on the queen size bed wasn't very large and seemed to barely cover us (especially when sleeping next to someone who tosses n turns a bunch). So a larger blanket or actual comforter would have been nice. But again, everything else was great.

It was very nice , my family was comfortable and we would recommend this house to other families
