Pool was dirty couldn't use wanted to charge 50 dollars for cleaning and 50 a day to heat

No one bothers me. Proximity to business, swimming pool, beds, and well equipped (etc.)

More garbage bags, cleaning utensils. On the whole it was a good and comfortable experience.

Loved how easy and convenient it was to check in and out! Enjoyed the Quite neighborhood!

Neighbors had too many cat smelled a lil like too much cat pee.

The fact that my family was able to fit at this location. There was a real lemon tree. Mom had tea with fresh 🍋.

Getting to the house and parked in the driveway and all you see is the trash cans over filled with trash. We get out and the smell was even worse. Walking up to the front door all you smell is cats, cat piss and shit. I'm highly allergic to cats so that was a big turn off. We make it inside and there was one less full size bed/futon in the master bedroom that we were not aware had been replaced by a dresser. So that had us scrambling the first night as to where everyone would sleep. Then we are all excited to get in the pool and it's FREAKING FREEZING!!!!! We were never told there would be additional charges to get the pool and hot tub heated. Not happy as this was the main point of renting this property. The pool area was very dirty. They had the vacuum connected the whole time we were there so that took up relaxing space in the pool. The sauna looked horrible, smelled bad and had gross stains inside. We never used it. The wifi connection stopped working the first night in the main upstairs bedroom, couldn't use the TV at all. They had linens but to be honest not sure they were cleaned very well. The 3rd bedroom looked like the bed was just remade from the last occupants, hair all in the sheets. The pictures on booking are really deceptive, it's not as nice as they make it out to be.

Please return the money to my $ 160 account as soon as possible. The pool was not cleaned and the wifi was paid but it was free with booking. . . The owner asked $ 150 for cleaning and $ 5 for each day of Wifi. Additionally, we cleaned the pool ourselves ... We tried to contact but ignored our news. The house was dirty, it's cool that we were only there for 2 days ... Massacre !!!
