This property was very nice, it was clean with plenty of room for our family. 5 minute board walk to the beach. My son has a disability which makes it difficult to walk long distances, but they had a shuttle that took us to and from the beach. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend getting up early for the sunrise, It’s one of the prettiest I have ever seen!

The noise from the indoor pool can be a little loud if you tuck in early for bed, but it wasn’t enough to make it a negative for us. The other reviews pointed out some cosmetic flaws, but none of those things distracted from the cleanliness or the convenience of the amenities.

It was an affordable accommodation for a family of 4. Our villa was clean and inviting. We stayed on the 4th floor in building 3 with the indoor pool. It was surprisingly quiet most of the time, given the size of the indoor area and the amount of children there. The outdoor pool and bar/restaurant were nice, but you have to get there early or at the right time as others are leaving to get chairs around the pool. The walk to the beach is about 400 yards across a boardwalk over the marsh. If you don't mind walking in the heat, it's not a bad walk. We hiked it every day, with a wagon full of our beach things. We are in our late forties with 2 teenagers, and it took us about 5-6 minutes to cross. You can take a ride on the golf cart trolley during designated operation times if you don't want to or can't walk the boardwalk. The beach was much less crowded than say Coligny, being that it's private access. Coco's Bar and Grill is right there on the beach. It had great food and drink options. Parking was easy. We were there mid-June and were able to get good parking right near our building no matter the time we came or went.

The photos show the best of the property. The buildings are slightly older, showing some age and could use some renovating, but it was very clean and for the price we paid for the week it was worth it to look past some cosmetic stuff. Sometimes taking the stairs was faster than waiting on the small, stuffy elevator when we didn't have the beach wagon or luggage to take up and down.

The property was very nice. Have stayed in this complex before. Loved the indoor Pool, steam room and walking track.

We did check out early. Bathroom didn’t seem to clean with floor coming up. And we had little ones with us. I did let the owner know.
