Un personnel super ! A l écoute Aide pour contacter les autres hotels Un repas emporté par un membre de l' équipe pour le soir On est bien Loin de tout Sans être seul Sourire , bonne énergie en nous aidant a partir Nous recommandons Très très bien !!! THE VIEWS. I could sit watching the valley for hours. You cannot see any other house, just pure nature. From the bed, from the shower, the terrace, the chair... anywhere you look it's breathtaking. And at night...the sky lights up, and dozens of fireflies light up the tree next to the house. Magic. THE LOCATION. As it's 10 mins from the expensive, pretentious and ibiza-like Ella town (which can be skipped altogether) you have the best views of the valley, the mountains, and the stars. It's also great for an alternative start of the Ella Rock hike, just 1km from the house, just ask Dilshan for the starting point. THE FOOD. Yummy breakfast (English or SriLankan, we had both and I recommend the latter) prepared with care. They have refillable water bottles with free filtered water. They don't provide lunch but Ella River Cafe is 1km away and with great prices. Avoid eating in Ella! Avoid Ella altogether actually! THE STAFF. Dilshan is incredibly helpful and friendly, attended to all of our needs.

Just like the other reviews, the cleanliness is not great, could be improved. The room was not cleaned during our stay. The towels are paper thin. There are A LOT of stairs to reach any room (70 steps to our bungalow) mindful of this for people with mobility issues!!

Amazing view! The best breakfast in Sri Lanka :) Dilshan was really kind and helpful, highly recommend this place!

Вид из номера превосходный! Из окна, не вставая с кровати, можно любоваться видами! Очень приветливые ребята работают, на просьбы оперативно реагируют, очень душевно. Завтрак приносят в номер. Сытный, с фруктами и фрешами. Я довольна. Мечтала приехать именно сюда!
