Ella Camelot

Wow... Gros coup de coeur pour cet hotel perché avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes d’Ella. Grand lit King Size et petit déj apporté au lit... On s’y sent vraiment bien. Le logement est dans les hauteurs d’Ella mais pas de problème Dilsham est toujours au petit soin pour nous appeler des tuktuks qui arrivent en 2 minutes. C’est un homme très serviable.

Il ne faut pas avoir peur des geckos, ils rentrent facilement dans le logement.

The view is lovely

The room wasn’t very clean, we had no sheet only a blanket that looked like it had been used by many people. The towels were stained and worn through. We ended up leaving early.

Hi, My friends and I stayed at Ella Camelot for a night. The room had an awesome view and the hospitality was excellent. Nisal, in particular, took care of us in every little way thank you so much, Nisal! That day was my friend’s birthday, and I asked them to bring a cake to surprise her. They not only brought the cake but also stayed up until midnight without sleeping, just to make it special. They truly are the best! When you visit Ella, definitely try staying here. The food was amazing too..absolutely worth the money.

The Ella Camelot is an incredible place to stay, the most perfect views. Literally breathtaking. The staff were the most welcoming, helpful and so kind. They looked after the 5 of us so much! Nisal made our stay there one to remember, we really will miss him so much. Nisal is exceptional at his job, he has the sweetest heart and will do anything for you. Our group really appreciate how much he did for us. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy!!! We will be coming back to Ella Camelot when we return.

Nothing at all

The view from the room was superb. The hosts were always available and responded positively to all our requirements. Dilshan was exceptional with his service even to take the small snake away from the stairs. The breakfast was delicious.

The location is quite far from the city. Since construction is going on, the tranquility expected was away upto 5 pm. The fan of the room is too small and the room becomes hot by 9 am. The washroom fittings need real improvements. The surroundings can be cleaned so that snakes remain away.

Delicious breakfasts brought to the room. Amazing view and beautiful room. The only downside was that there was no mosquito net, but the very kind owner wanted to install one for us on the day of our arrival. He also gave us an adapter very quickly after we asked for one. He also rented us a scooter. Dilshan arranged a tuk-tuk and transport to another city for us. Very helpful and friendly staff. A wonderful place.

1. Very dirty 2. Not kept well 3. Half of the things don’t work 4. All most falling apart 5. Breakfast is nothing to write home about . Specially the watered down version of Papaya juice was disgusting

Przepiękne miejsce z niesamowitym widokiem! Pokój był bardzo czysty, a śniadania sycące i smaczne. Obsługa była zawsze pomocna – bez problemu pomagali zamówić tuk-tuka i byli dostępni dla gości. Szczególne podziękowania dla Nisal za pomoc w organizacji transportu i troskliwą opiekę. Dodatkowo mogliśmy zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu, a łazienka była dla nas dostępna. Gorąco polecamy!
