The villa's location is exceptional, and Ms. Gorica, the property's caretaker, is a significant asset, consistently exceeding expectations to provide unparalleled guest support, a critical factor for a positive guest experience.

Great property for families. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of outdoor eating areas with stunning views of the Bay and the mountains. Located on the other side of the bay so away from the crowds. Owner and neighbour were wonderful throughout.

Kitchen was small for a house this size and not very laid out. A few small issues with bathroom plumbing.

Fabulous villa in a beautiful country, a shortish walk from the walled town of Kotor. The lady who looked after the villa, Gorica, could not have been more lovely or helpful and was on hand if we needed anything at all. She organised transport to and from the airport and on one occasion brought us a traditional breakfast made by herself which was delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend

House is really big, five rooms with king size bed. Fantastic view. Fully furnished kitchen. Clean and big pool.

Wet and cold in ground floor rooms. Loud neighbor with construction noise sometimes. Owner doesnt mentioned 250 eur deposit in villa description and not providing receipt for it. Fireplace not available. Sometimes owner cannot help with requests because she not living in the city. Some supplies were missing, like toilet paper or shampoo. Super soft beds, doesnt fit people with back issues.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, and clean. Spacious bedroom and very friendly neighbour who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Exceeded our expectations.

Everything… the space, bedrooms with en-suite, so so clean.. the pool was just gorgeous with stunning views.. the terrace was so perfect for morning coffee
