Villa "M Family"

The property is very clean and near the old town of Kotor (just a 5-10min taxi drive). Calling a cab is easy as well so it is very convenient

None. Everything,including the caretaker and owner is very accomodating and responsive. They even gave us a welcome cake and drinks (wine, beer) which is beyond a host will normally do. I highly recommend this excellent property. 100/10 I say and my friends totally agree!

It was our first time in Montenegro. The stay was very successful. There was everything we needed. Dejo and Marko are great people and helped us a lot. I recommend it 100%

Great outdoor space and amazing views

Stay in this place was a great pleasure! We had all we needed. Great space, with spectacular view. The house was very clean and comfortable. Marko who was taking care about us was brilliant! we had very good contact all the time. His brother was so kind that, he took us for cruse on Kotor Bay with his boat, what was wonderful. We are looking forward to visit this place again!

Great communication from Lusine who shared a lot of info about the area prior to arrival which was really helpful. Villa was amazing! probably the best I’ve stayed in. STUNNING views! Spotlessly clean throughout. Within walking distance to the old town. Great pool too! Could not fault anything! Our whole group had an great time and would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Kotor. Marko and Dejan were really helpful.

Incredible group accommodation, everyone was able to have separate bathrooms and there’s a large communal kitchen, BBQ area, balcony with full table and chairs, pool lounges etc. so every space was perfect for a big group. Dejan took us out on his amazing boat, and found the best swimming spots, topped off with homemade lunch and treats from his wife. Thank you so much!

There is a bit of a walk to the main old town, so it’s about 20-30mins to get to major restaurants and bars

Villa M family! We’re lucky we got to stay at this fantastic villa. Thank you for a great stay! This Villa has everything you need. Wonderful view, close to town and great neighbors!! We made good friends with Marco and Dejan Jovanovic who lives next doors. We want to thank you for making our stay extra special! Dejan was kind enough to bring us up the difficult serpentine roads of the mountain and also for a fantastic trip on his boat! He both showed and told us the history of Montenegro 🇲🇪 Took us to a small family owned restaurant with homemade prosciutto up the mountain! 😋This wonderful man showed us to the best spot for magnificent views, photos and with his boat took us for a nice swim in the ocean. His wife made homemade pie and sweets for the trip ❤️We have never felt more cared for! I want to recommend all of you who visits Villa M family to skip all the pushy salesmen that all sell premade tours. Dejan and Marco with family are the sweetest people and if you ask nicely I believe that they help you with guidance wherever you want to go! A proud local that loves the soul of Kotor and Montenegro.☺️🫶 A week was too little time to experience all Montenegro has to offer and we would love to go here again. Like all other I don’t really believe reviews that only says wonderful, fantastic etc. So if I would think of one thing to improve.. It would be the sharpness of the kitchen knifes. Seriously that might have been the dullest most used knifes I encountered 😆 But otherwise we so happy with our stay in Kotor and villa M family. Thank you!

Villa is amazing. Beautiful view for Bokka Bay, big size of whole property.. super clean pool...very good equipped house (kitchen, wash machine room, bedrooms..) and many many more advantages. Also at the beginning there was really nice welcome - fresh fruits and wine! Space is enough for many guests, big pool and many places to take a rest. Outside you can hear the birds - so if you are looking for calm place to relax with friends and family - this one is 10/10. My guests and me - we are enchanted by the place and by the help & kindness of host Marko. defenitelly we are back!
