i will say everything is great. good people and good view.

it's not the hotel's fault, the road to access to the hotel need to cross a deep creek, during the rain season it's hard for the rider.

We booked a villa for our honeymoon six months ago, but my fiancée's brother was diagnosed with cancer. We had to delay the wedding, we tried to cancel the booking two months before the stay and even offered to show them proof of the Doctors report and surgery date, they refused to refund the money, even when I’m sure they would fill the room with new guests! (Letting them know two months in advanced, in peak season when the whole hotel was booked out...) I would expect a bit more humanity from people when going through such a horrible time. Incredibly disappointed.

"Best villa in Bali"

Amazing villa, location and staff. We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Jae. The place is quiet and beautiful, the room is super clean and big, the breakfast is amazing and the staff is super kind and helpful. We would repeat our stay for sure!!
