Sajnos csalódás volt a szállás. Bár villaként volt hirdetve, a valóságban nem volt meg a szükséges magánszféra: a személyzet folyamatosan az udvaron tartózkodott, ott járkált,teregetett és felújítási munkákat végeztek így nem éreztük azt, hogy egy önálló, zavartalan villába lennénk. Ez jelentősen rontotta a pihenés élményét. Amikor szóvá tettük, hogy kellemetlen számunkra a folyamatos jelenlét az udvaron, a személyzet részéről nem volt nyitottság a probléma kezelésére. A reakció az volt, hogy „nekik ez a dolguk”, ami meglehetősen elutasító hozzáállás, és nem tükröz vendégközpontú szemléletet. A legkellemetlenebb élmény az volt, hogy egyik reggel arra ébredtünk, hogy a személyzet bekiabált, hogy „hol a kulcs”, mert kőműveseket kellett beengedniük. Ez kifejezetten zavaró és elfogadhatatlan egy pihenésre érkező vendég számára.
