The house was spacious enough for 6 and centrally located to entertainment, restaurants and beaches without being so close that you endure the noises or traffic.

I found host Kay a well organized and helpful person. She made sure to keep posted all the important information to the guest . In specific I liked the folder which had lots of information as a first time visit to Huntington beach other than that availability of Kitchen utensils, Laundry needs, Cleanliness and much more. I would always prefer to stay at the property whenever I visit to Huntington beach. Thank you so much Kay.

I wish I could have stayed some more days.

It was even better than the pictures! Had everything you needed and we would definitely go back. The flat was clean and very comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and very accommodating as well which was amazing. Flat had lots of space too!

Slightly further to the beach but still an easy 7 minute drive to Huntington beach!

I was unaware that the property had a steep driveway and steps. I was with my mother who used a walker. She had difficulty coming and going from the house. I recommend adding a railing, if possible.

"Nice little place!"

Outside space was nice. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice little vacation spot. Opening all the windows allowed great airflow. Keypad entry is great.

There are some things that could be fixed up. The bathtub/shower was hard to get in and out of due to the height. The "free parking" is street parking. As far as close to the beach goes is a matter of opinion. You do need to drive.
