Очень чистый хоумстэй, уборка ежедневная, все расходники в наличии, удобные кровати, очень вкусные завтраки (выбор по меню заранее), отзывчивый персонал помогли организовать поездку рано утром за 30 минут.

Общение через переводчик. Холодильник есть, но уходя из номера и забирая ключ все отключается, по сути оставить в нем продукты нельзя.

A very, very good hotel. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and can be chosen fresh every day. The location is perfect – it’s about a 7-minute walk to the beach. We were always able to take a taxi into town, which cost around €1.50. However, bicycles or scooters can also be rented directly at the accommodation. We would book this hotel again immediately. A super pleasant stay and absolutely recommendable.

Die Familie,der die Unterkunft gehört, ist einfach so toll, hilfsbereit und lieb, dass man sich vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl fühlt. Zur Begrüßung gab es direkt einen frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Perfekt, nach einer langen Anreise. Die Besitzer waren von Beginn an ganz toll zu unseren beiden kleinen Kindern. Die Unterkunft ist äußerst sauber und die Zimmer schön geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Fahrräder und Roller sind direkt vor Ort zu mieten und auch ein top Wäscheservice ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück wurde in den Bewertungen schon häufiger gelobt und das mit Recht. Es ist sehr lecker und auch umfangreich. Meine Empfehlung der Mango-Pancake:) Wir wurden bei der Buchung des Nachtzuges unterstützt und auch ein grandioser Kochkurs (außerhalb) wurde für uns gebucht. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und jetzt wo wir in einem Massenhotel untergebracht sind, wissen wir den Aufenthalt im Seaweed noch viel mehr zu schätzen. Hoi An is a very specific city as it split into three parts: city centre, coast and agricultural part between. You can easily get from one to other in max 15-25 minutes by bike, scooter or Grab. Close to the beach is many good restaurants and coffee shops but you will also fond some on the other side of the main road. It's just a short walk, the same as to the beach and it's much quite. There's many of homestays around but we loved this one due to the owners who are a wonderful people. They are also very well organised, really care about safety and cleanliness and offer a big selection on a breakfast. The room was spacious, comfortable and balcony was a nice place to sit down in the evening (or dry clothes).

The only thing I was missing was a clothes dryer but with a balcony it wasn't a big issue.

Our room was so lovely, very spacious, modern and clean. We even had a balcony with a seating area and a tv you could watch Netflix on. The hosts were extremely attentive and kind from giving us drinks on arrival, water every day and a lovely complimentary breakfast. The quality you receive for the price you pay is unmatched! Very good location only about a 5 minute walk to the main area with restaurants and the beach.

This is a lovely family run small hotel. The couple that run it couldn't be friendlier, the service is impeccable! Our room was really spacious with a lovely balcony with furniture that you could actually use to sit out on. The room had a separate toilet and the shower was also contained, which meant no flooded bathrooms! Wifi is really strong, beds are comfortable and everywhere is so clean. Breakfast was excellent, probably the best we've had in Vietnam with a huge omelette, bread, fresh fruit and muesli. Extra services - laundry, motorbike hire and taxi arranging were great. The Seaweed Luxury Villa is run by a wonderful family who want to make sure you are well taken care of! We enjoyed the quiet area it is in, yet it is close enough to walk to the activity at Bana beach. Easy to take a Grab into Hoi An. The Villa is very clean, large room, comfy beds, shower area is separated from toilet and plenty of hot water. They also serve breakfast which we found delicious!!!

Alles war perfekt und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Täglich neues Wasser und tolles Frühstück. Wir waren oft am Strand baden, der Weg dahin sind keine 5 Minuten. Es war sehr sauber alles und preislich unschlagbar für das was man bekommt.

Absolutely perfect accomodation! Everything works, it's clean and peaceful and the host family is just great; so warm and down to earth. Our room was so nice with everything you need and the beds are really good. The location is perfect. It is on a quiet street 4min walk from the An bang beach and the 'beachvillage' with nice restaurants, 30min to old town with bicykles and 10min with a Grab. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to rest and relax. Perfect for couples and families.
