Amazing!! Best choice for Hoi An. The owners are very nice and caring; they helped us with everything we needed! the breakfast is amazing, you choose your menu the day before. Also, they have fresh fruit everyday. The rooms are big and comfortable. I 100% recommend this place to stay, and also it is walking distance from the beach and a very quick drive to the city center.

Everything about this plave is really special. From the warm welcome we received to the freshly cooked breakfast every morning. The homestay is spotlessly clean, very modern and comfortable The pool is beautiful This family couldn't do enough us.

Des hôtes très accueillants et vraiment très chaleureux. Ils traitent tout le monde comme de la famille et sont toujours prêt à vous aider et rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible, même s'ils ne parlent pas bien anglais, on finit par se comprendre. La plage est à 5 minutes à pieds et ils prêtent des serviettes et des tongues. Ils ont aussi de bonnes recommandations pour les restaurants du coin. La chambre est très propre, confortable et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner se commande la veille : un plat, une boisson et des fruits. C'est très copieux.

Comfortable beds and quiet surrounds. Pleasant, attentive and helpful staff. Absolutely delicious food. Very good communication with host and arranged laundry and motor bike for us.

A minor complaint was the small hole in the ceiling of the toilet which we guessed was an entryway for mosquitos, but overall nothing to complain about. Laundry was returned to us slightly damp & we would have preferred it taking longer but being fully dried.

Schön ruhig gelegene Villa in fussläufiger Nähe zum An Bang Beach mit all seinen Restaurants. Wir hatten das Zimmer im 2OG und konnten vom Balkon bis zum Meer blicken. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und mit zwei großen Betten ausgestattet. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Besonders ist das reichhaltige Frühstück das nach Wunsch von der Familie zubereitet wird.

Such a lovely property where the owners are so lovely and make you feel at home. Always polite and welcoming and you feel really looked after. They have lots of facilities on site including bike hire. They are located within cycle distance of the rice fields and coconut village and they are not far at all from old town. Rooms are modern and cleaned every day!

בעלי המקום מקסימים, החדר היה מרווח ונקי. ארוחת הבוקר ניתנת מתוך תפריט עם מגוון אפשרויות שמהן ניתן לבחור, סייעו והתגמשו בהתאם לצרכים שלנו. ממוקם כ 5 דקות הליכה לחוף הים.

I loved this property, not in the centre and all the noise and traffic but super easy to go in a grab. Lovely kind people that own this little gem.

It exceeded all my expectations.
