Accueil très sympathique, les gérants sont aux petits soins, ils ont répondu rapidement à toutes nos demandes, et avec le sourire. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et très propres, le ventilateur au plafond en complément de la clim est un vrai plus.

Nice friendly staff (Who were a family I think) Pleasant, and accommodating.

Place was slightly shambolic and awkward. Every time you either came down from your room or back from being out, the proprietor husband/wife couple were mostly just lying fully horizontally on the benches in the main living space either sleeping or staring at tiktok videos. Imagine going to a hotel and the staff are just lying on the chairs on social media. The room was suffering from damp and the walls were peeling from moisture. The toilet/bathroom smelled dank and musky, one night there was a huge cockroach on my pillow to which I alerted the staff and 3 members of the family came to the room to get rid of it, including the family's young boy who was quite happily jumping up and down on the bed as his grandad removed the bug. Half amusing, half bewildering. Not very proffessional if I'm honest. Not really a 'luxury' villa, that is very misleading. Also having to ring the doorbell everytim you wanted to come back after 8:30 / 9pm was silly. Like staying at your grumpy uncles (the owner would wake up in order to let you in. Very weird, why not just get a lock / keypad system instead? It's great for young grubby hippies, not so much for the discerning traveller so my bad for booking. One thing I would flag though on a more general level, is that Hoi An is one of the most boring, uneventful, dull, unattractive beach towns I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot!). Nothing to do, and I mean NOTHING apart from lounge around on the beach -which is not a pretty beach at all- eat very mediocre food (none of the places were good, only just edible). Yeah, don't bother going to Hoi An! Would not recommend.

Très gentils, petit déjeuner exceptionnel

Tout dans le homestay. Nos hôtes toujours disponibles, très réactifs. Petit déjeuner super copieux et super bon (plats vietnamiens et plus européens et des fruits frais). Jolie piscine. Une chambre au top avec une grande salle de bains et toilettes séparées.. On a pu louer des scooters (110cc changés pour des 50cc en moins de 10mn et électrique en plus). Emplacement à côté de la plage et une rue pleine vue et des restaurants si on ne veut pas aller dans le centre ville. On a apprécié être plutôt côté plages que centre ville pour finir notre séjour et se relaxer. Facile et moins de 10mn pour aller au centre ou au milieu des rizières. Eau chaude aussi. Hôtes ne parlent pas anglais mais communication facile avec le traducteur. Je recommande sans hésiter ce homestay si vous voulez être près des plages

Lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood. Spacious, clean, nice smelling rooms with comfortable beds and good showers. Rooms cleaned daily. Great breakfast cooked to order and served with fresh fruit. Wonderful owners who can’t do enough to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. This was a return visit for us and it was just as good as we remembered.

Die Lage ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand oder nach An Bang und somit ruhiger als die anderen Hotels, die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und organisiert, das Zimmer war super-sauber und modern, wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt.

Probably the best place we stayed in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious, so clean and the breakfast is great. The location is 5-10 min walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. The best part of this accommodation is the couple who own it. They are honestly the sweetest most hard working couple and always very smiley and helpful, giving us water and new towels every day S They also let us keep our luggage there all day on the night we were leaving and use their facilities. We actually left then came back a few days later because we loved it so much there and they were very happy to see us. I would 100% recommend staying there if you visit Hoi An.
