Location and views were stunning

The lux was missing. The property needs a deep clean , carpets in bedrooms were dirty and walking barefoot was not pleasant. There is a no smoking rule but the bedroom at the entrance had strong tobacco smells. Towels were grey and not fluffy, kitchen cloths not fresh smelling and sponges were not replaced with new ones. Table mats were dirty and No corkscrew could be found. We had spent 5 days at another property that catered to every need with lots of attention to detail like hand and bath soaps, room diffusers , crisp bedding and fluffy white towels. On the day we were checking out the Cleaner arrived at 8.30 and started preparing the property for the next guests which impacted our privacy.

The house is stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean, and the staff were lovely.

Attention to important details was unfortunately lacking: - Basic amenities like a bottle opener and gas for the barbecue were missing, while the kettle was rusty. - Heating was inadequate, with too few heaters to keep all rooms comfortable on cold days, and the air conditioning didn’t function properly to compensate. - In two of the bathrooms, taking a shower resulted in flooding.

The villa was beautiful and the location is very safe! The property manager was very helpful and always available if/when needed.
