The house itself is beautiful.

The manager and the partner didnt want to respond to our requests. The house is not clean, we paid R600 and the house was not clean, Saturday upon arrival from excursions we found the house as we left it. There were cockroaches and flies all over the kitchen, bedroom doors didnt close, balcony filled with dirt, swimming pool very dirty, no welcome tea/coffee & sugar, no welcome soaps, bathfoams and shower caps, no soap holders, you have to put your soap on the floor, fridge was clearly dirty. As per the message we received after payment that the manager will meet and orientate us around the house, he was no were to be found. He on Friday before our arrival hanged the phone on me saying I should not come with legal terms on him. Argument being that he couldn't substantiate what he was alleging and that he cannot operate business on "I thought mentality" I also told him that garage door didnt open as their remote is visibly worn out, but he never bothered to come and assist. Its just a list of things not fulfilling the agreement. We everytime have to be stuck at the gate because he did send the access code. He also refused with property owner contact and email. Sometimes giving a place chance thinking that they have improved is just a recipy for disaster.

It is convenient, in a safe environment and clean

The caretaker demands a refundable deposit before you can check in. Once you check out, you will never get your deposit back. He will ignore your texts and calls. A thief is what he is.

The house was beautiful and the location of the house. The house had enough space, and it was clean

The pool was not cleaned, and the beds were not comfortable, the need to change the beds and fix the bedroom doors and put keys on the bedrooms

It's in a safe and beautiful estate.

Most of things were broken. Bedroom doors were not closing at all. The front door is broken, the aircons is some rooms weren't working properly. The dish cloths are very old and they are brown.

The house is accommodating and safe

Beds are old and pool is not clean.
