The environment was breathtaking

The pool was not clean

The only nice thing about this place is that its very secure and you feel safe. Not far from the decent restaurants and entertainment.

The place is extremely filthy and they dont wash sheets. The pillow cases, bed covers and sheets were extremely dirty in all the rooms. The floors were dirty, windows extremely dusty, and all 4 of the bedrooms were filthy with cheap sheets that one can only find at a grandma's village house. They dont put any effort into making the place comfortable for their guests. We felt robbed in all honesty. They use brown towels to hide the filth. Its a very depressing place in terms of hygiene. Also they send you from one person to the other for assistance to get the keys. We had to wait for the keys in a car for over 2 hours and its very annoying. If you book this place, you will definitely regret it and good luck!

The double garage for our cars were safe, kitchen was big enough and showers were nice

The bath tub was not working, swimming pool had rain water in, the gas braai that we were promised was not working, aircons were not working but were able to be fixed. You can't even talk out loud as the neighbors complain

This house is at the centre of every activity you could think of at Haartebees 💃💃 we were a family of 8 adults and 2 children. It was home away from home, the owner kept in touch all the time

The bathroom essentials were zero, no air fresheners in all the toilets, no bubble bath, limited tissues. 😥
