Everything was perfect,the host was excellent and friendly

The pictures according to Booking.com was the exact replica of what you experience in real life. No surprises.

The housekeeper was very friendly, but not attentive. We had to ask for toilet paper when the toilets ran out as well as shampoo & liquid soap to be replaced in the bathrooms. The house was superficially cleaned on a daily basis. Beds were made, but rooms weren't swept or hoovered on a daily basis, you'll notice hair on the floors in the evening in our rooms, that was left due to the morning's, blow drying. Rooms were dusty, so not deep cleaned. The kitchen had an unpleasant smell, I think the spaghetti mop that the housekeeper use, is maybe a bit old and not properly cleaned often. The iron was extremely dirty, which was a problem for all of us that had to iron our clothes for the next day's meetings. I went out and bought white vinegar to flush the iron to ensure that the steam doesn't leave dirty spots on our clothing. As mentioned, the housekeeper is very friendly, but I think someone needs to take him through the whole house and explain what needs to get done, to properly clean the house on a daily basis. The top of the shelves in the kitchen and the top of the oven, there hasn't been cleaned in a while, unfortunately, I'm quite tall, so notice it in the first instance. The maintenance needs a lot of attention to keep the property to the standard it's supposed to be for the price you pay. The front part of the aircon in the dining room area, are hanging loose, which is a hazard if it falls on someone. The Jaccuzi/sauna is out of order, which was not great, some of the guests were looking forward to making use of it. I hope that you'll find these remarks as constructive feedback to be noted.

The care taker was invading pricey the entire night! He stays in the house when this was not told to me prior to booking.

Living room and kitchen

The layout of the house, and there was a room that was like an apartment out side of the house that we didn’t know about it. The garage is too shallow and we couldn’t park our car inside. The mater bedroom toilet doesn’t have a door. The jacuzzi and sauna have a bad smell and only the jacuzzi works. Some of the kitchen’s cabinets are broken and cannot be accessed, also the freezer is not working.
