Larg home and fit for big family

The Villa dose not have back up power. Also the kitchen does not provide all the needs for long stay and cooking. The jacuzzi is not working and closed

THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN AND WELL KEPT.

THE HOSTS ARE HORRIBLE. WE GOT SCAMMED INTO GIVING THEM A R10 000 DEPOSIT THAT NOW THEY DONT WANT RETURN, MAY THIS BE A WARNING TO EVERYONE. YOU WILL CO-ERSED INTO GIVIG THEM THAT RIDICULUS AMOUNT OF MONEY THEN WHEN ITS TIM FIR THEM TO RETURN IT THEY WILL GIVE YOU ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES, SAYING YOU WERE MAKING NOISE AND BEING RUDE. SO THE FINE FOR MAKING NOISE AND BEING RUDE IS 1O K??? THE WOLE THING IS A SCAM. WE HAD A HORRIBLE WITH THE HOSTS.

The place is bad n the owners are very rude n there's no backup plan for electricity. They are disorganized I personally dnt recommend any one to stay da even the place is dirty n the cleaning is done by man who dnt know how to clean the rooms where staffy n the beding since arrival was never changed it was disgusting to stay the the health protocol was not observed

What I did not like about the property is that firstly, I paid so much money to stay on a property with a gentlemen who is there to watch over the property, who walks around, in and out of the house at his own leisure disregarding my privacy. From the beginning of my stay when I arrived he was just standing in the home making sure everything is okay. I would have much rather preferred he did that before I arrived as I value my privacy. I would think a property like this has electricity back up when loadshedding hits or provides sufficient light in the house so that guests are not falling over their feet trying to get around this huge house. For the amount of money I paid, it felt like I was living in a hostel with a care taker there to watch over my guests and I. I do not recommend wasting your money on this property.

The sauna, the jacuzzi, fridge and dishwasher wasn’t working.

While the place itself was quite lovely and boasted amazing views, we unfortunately encountered a few issues during our stay. Firstly, the property did not have any inverter or generator during load shedding, only a few emergency lights, and as a result, we experienced a lot of power outage during our stay. This was quite inconvenient and disrupted our plans. for the price we paid for this property there should have been something for the power outages or at least mention it in the property listing. We feel that we should have been made aware of this possibility so that we could have been better prepared. Additionally, one of the showers in the property had significant drain problems, which made using it quite difficult.

The stay was amazing, I was a bit skeptical after reading other comments primarily the one around the deposit. However, I was pleasantly surprised, the stay was by far one of the best experiences. Daniel welcomed us and explained everything, offered to drive us around and also introduced us to the guy responsible for security and maintenance. The property was spotless and the pictures don’t do it justice. My boys had the self contained space which they loved. Everything was on par with 5 star hotels I’ve visited but above all the hospitality was superb. There was load shedding which we were informed about prior and as such we scheduled our dinner outings around that time. What an excellent stay.

There was nothing not to like.
