The property people are not transparent,they do false advertisement on booking.com I committed myself with my money that i work ao hard for as advertised and sign up for that R2000 will be paid in cash when arriving at property to my suprice the rude Lady who I dont care to know her name was emphasing on forcing me to pay R10000(ten thousand rand) as security incase something is damaged or broken-- I told her thats not what I signed for via booking .com as advertised in short i find it as FRAUD and SCAM to be treated like that on arrival. The way She kept insisting on me not listening to her (which is her forcing me to pay as its their house rules) I became so paranoid and hesitant to stay there,I feared for my family the whole night----i couldn't sleep I became a security over night.....She made me feel Unsafe and was ready for any action all in the name of prootecting my family. I would to inform booking.com that this Villa make false advertisement on their Web and for the fact that it says pays R2000(two thousand rand) on arrival but expected to pay R10000(10 thousand rand) when we got to the Villa is still a shock to me especially after paying fully the amount as advertised. I was compared to other guests who we dont know that is non of our business that they pay the amount and non of their guest gave them this problem of refusing to pay.....as a business woman that is high grade scam and fraud and as a health care professional thats emotional blackmail and abuse.....thank God we r educated as a family and have experience in travelling to dubai,Mauritius and other places -----this was a 1st time shocking experience and would like booking.com to rectify it for the sake of other people who will be booking this nice villa. can booking.con also send their contact numbers where we can call to get assistant from their agents incase we come across such horrific experience.
