The location was very nice

I had booked a room with a hot tub and caldera view for my honeymoon. The hot tub was literally just names sake, no hot water at all after requesting multiple times. The facility was not clean, I received towels which had holes in them. The hot tub was full of dirt and insects and completely cold water. When complained about the same, the property manager offered me a compensation for the trouble caused, and then disappeared in thin air after the stay. It made my honeymoon really terrible

O atendimento da proprietária algo fora do comum, de imediato fez a substituição do apartamento que não gostamos e o ar condicionado não funcionava.

Do deslocamento para os apartamentos devido as escadas, alem do estacionamento que era muito distante.

Excellent location, beautiful property. We had originally booked another property but the hot tub didn’t work and there was an electrical issue. Because it was late, we did have to stay there one night and they moved us the next day. Everything is taken care of daily (breakfast, housekeeping) so we could just relax and enjoy our vacation. The staff is very nice and helpful, arranging taxis when needed.
