Amaya Selection of Villas exceeded our expectations. Ezeni and the team went above and beyond everyday by always checking in on us through the WhatsApp chat, asking if we need anything, delivering lovely and delicious breakfast every morning, providing exceptional service and always quick to respond via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. The man who brought us breakfast every morning and assisted with our luggage was very kind and attentive.

موقع المكان وقربه من سنتر أويا والمطاعم - درج اقل. اخترنا غرفة فيها شرفتين وفقط يتوفر بها جاكوزي خصوصيته عالية وهذا نادر في فنادق اويا. الافطار جيد. لاقينا حفاوة كبيرة من الطاقم وبالأخص من Aurel ساعدنا طوال الاقامة ، ايضاً في حمل الشنط.

الأسرّة غير مريحة، والنظافة لم يكن المكان نظيف منذ الدخول يتطلب اهتمام كبير في هذا الجانب مع اهتمام بالصيانة. وجود كاميرا داخل البلكونتين مما اثر على راحتنا.

The property location was not clearly explained at all. I honestly did not like anything about this experience. This booking was made as a gift for someone, and it was really disappointing to find that the actual location and setting were completely different from what was shown in the main photos and listing.

What I didn’t like was that the property information was not clearly explained at all. On the Booking.com listing, the map only shows one main location, while in reality the villas are spread across multiple different locations. This was never made clear before booking, and there was no special note or warning after booking either. We booked this property mainly based on the main photos and location shown in the listing, but when we arrived, we discovered it was not the same place or setting shown in the promotional pictures. This was extremely disappointing, especially because this booking was made as a gift for someone special. When I raised the issue with the host, initially he said he would check, but later responded by asking for an extra €50 per night to move to the location that actually matched the photos and expectations. I honestly found this very unfair and disappointing. I genuinely feel that the listing is misleading because important information about the different villa locations is not clearly disclosed. The experience we received was not the same as what was presented at the time of booking. Because of this, I am seriously considering raising a dispute and requesting a refund, as I do not believe the accommodation matched what was advertised.

Sem palavras para descrever a perfeição do lugar, da localização e de todo o conforto proporcionado pelos agentes responsáveis. Sem dúvida alguma, foi a melhor experiência da minha vida, superando todas as expectativas. O lugar é maravilhoso, com uma vista inacreditável, além de estar próximo dos melhores lugares de OIA. Já estou contando os dias para voltar a esse lugar.
