Villa Luisa

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had a lovely well maintained garden that was tended daily. It is located close to two supermarkets.

The lights were confusing. We had to ask for duvets as only provided with a sheet and blanket, it was very cold at night the temperatures were not that hot in the day so maybe this should have been preempted although the owner provided some the next day but we never got a duvet cover. No bread board or egg cups. At the back of the garden you can see a water tower and multi-story car park although don’t be put off by this as not close and not noisy.

The size of the apartment. The pool was good but for small children is difficult because is to deep. In the reservation was misleading the information regarding the Villa. I was thinking that the villa will be only for us.

The noise from the pump or something else, cleaning of the garden from 7/8am. The cleanest of the plates, service , glasses was not ok. Condition of the washing machine and also for dining machine was not good. I would expect some additional cleaning and washing tables in such a long stay. We stay 11 days. No change of the waste , backs, no change of the towels..

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à la Villa Luisa et tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. Les hôtes étaient très accueillants, avec des explications claires dès notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu notre installation simple et agréable. Les espaces de vie sont très confortables et propices aussi bien à la détente qu’aux moments conviviaux en famille. La localisation est idéale pour explorer le nord des Pouilles : de nombreux lieux d’intérêt sont facilement accessibles en voiture. La communication avec le propriétaire, principalement via WhatsApp, a été fluide et efficace. Toujours disponible, il nous a partagé de précieux conseils pour les restaurants et les visites à ne pas manquer dans les environs. En résumé, un séjour réussi et une adresse où nous serions ravis de revenir si l’occasion se présente.

Le seul point à noter est que la villa n’est pas en location complète mais divisée en deux logements, ce qui n’est pas totalement clair sur Booking. Cela dit, la maison est très spacieuse et les étages permettent de profiter d’un séjour agréable sans se gêner entre hôtes. Seule la piscine pourrait être un peu juste si tous les groupes l’utilisaient simultanément, notamment au niveau du nombre de transats et de salons de jardin. Ce n’a pas été un problème pour nous, car nous avons naturellement alterné avec les autres vacanciers.

The apartment was spacious,well equipped and comfortable. The pool was fabulous and we had it to ourselves most days .

It was a bit of a walk in the heat to the old town-but we knew that when we booked. Sofa a bit tired looking. 3rd bedroom would benefit from a/c which was good every other room!

The house is about 20min walking from the main train station, so it is really convinient if you don’t have a car. The old city center is 40min away, but it is not a problem to walk that much, there is a lot of shops on the road, restaurants, bars… The neighbourhood is calm. The owner is really nice. And the house is amazing with a really nice furniture. It is clean, the sheets and the towels are clean… We had a great time in Bari.

The dishes were not clean although from the washing machine (I supose that the previous guest chose the wrong cleaning program). It was not a major problem, but anyway…
