First of all I called the property after no information after messaging also regarding check in...I got an answer that they have changed/upgraded property and I need to be reached there by 2.30 when I informed them to reach by 3.00....i asked for the reason they say because of 5 adults plus 2 children they can't accommodate in the earlier one when they have accepted the booking for 7 plus 2...After I reached the so called upgraded property i have seen that property was in a far remote place with no basic facilities...place has no name board or identification....the property was dirty and with careless and least bothered care takers...nothing available for cooking food, food delivery apps provided food with 1 hr waiting due to remote place..no basic microvave available for heating...the so called caretakers even were not bothered to help or provide with us tea/milk for children....I paid Rs. 15k plus for such facility for 2 nights....pathetic experience....as per them they can't provide GST bill but will charge GST amount since the same amount is charged by booking.com....what to say on such comments

It was a great experience. Room service is great and it was maintained very clean.

Too much Cockroach in restroom unhygienic take care for other people
